Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Writer to join our Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate is someone with a knack for crafting compelling narratives about our services, understanding the unique needs of our commercial and industrial clientele, and contributing to the broader storytelling about the cleaning industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Draft, edit, and produce content for various marketing collateral, including but not limited to website copy, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts.
- Translate technical cleaning solutions into easy-to-understand, benefits-driven narratives for our target audience.
2. Brand Voice & Messaging:
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that elevate our brand and resonate with our audiences.
3. Research & Industry Trends:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in the cleaning industry, especially as it pertains to commercial and industrial clients.
- Work with our sales and services teams to gather insights and testimonials that can be transformed into compelling content.
4. SEO & Digital Optimization:
- Understand and apply SEO best practices in writing to improve the visibility of our content online.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content strategies with overall SEO goals.
5. Collaboration & Feedback:
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure content is effectively integrated into multimedia projects.
- Participate in content review sessions, gather feedback, and make revisions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional writing experience, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, persuasively, and creatively.
- Strong research skills with an emphasis on industry trends and insights.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
