We’re looking for a Content Manager with experience and passion for B2B tech marketing to join the high-performing and fast-paced Canon Content Hub (CCH), a 100% client-dedicated content team within Nelson Bostock UNLIMITED, supporting Canon EMEA’s B2B marketing strategy. This role is a dynamic blend of agency and enterprise, where you’ll have the opportunity to work across a huge number of projects and formats and no two days are the same. The content manager will provide high quality content consultancy, project management and content delivery across Canon’s B2B business and is a key interface with client stakeholders. Working within the 12-person Canon Content Hub team (namely with the senior content manager, content strategist, content planner and head of editorial) this individual will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and the efficient delivery of content marketing activity.
This person will have a strong understanding of B2B, IT and/or print industries and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies and their context within the overall business environment.
Overall purpose of the role
Engage with stakeholders to refine and shape briefs, understand the content requirements within the brief, and project manage the end-to-end creation of marketing assets of all varieties
Develop engaging short, medium and long-form content assets that connect with audiences and communicate specific marketing messages (e.g., social copy, thought leadership articles, whitepapers, e-books and brochures)
Project manage content creation for large EMEA wide events, which sometimes requires travel within Europe to manage content production on the ground
Oversee the QA process for content production within the CCH team
Develop multimedia and social content approaches and work with design studio teams
Own and drive integration with appropriate Canon internal teams (e.g., Brand) to ensure timely sign-off of content and assets
