About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Copywriter to grow and optimize our content flywheel. In this role, you'll be the creative force behind emails, landing pages, guides, blogs, descriptions, ads, scripts, and content related to program marketing and sales. The ideal person for this role will be able to alleviate bottlenecks by providing clear and creative content that aligns with our established brand.
Here are the three primary components of the Content Marketing Copywriter role:
Copywriting for various channels and formats: Your main task in this role is to create persuasive content for different channels and formats. This includes researching your audiences and personas, crafting engaging emails, writing ads and organic content, captivating narratives for landing pages, simplifying complex information for guides, and sharing insightful perspectives in blogs. Your words will be used across various platforms to effectively communicate our message.
Developing Projects and Timelines with Stakeholders for Copy Creation: You'll work closely with cross-departmental team members to plan and organize projects, setting up timelines for creating written content. This means talking with people from different teams like marketing, sales, and our programs to understand what they need. By doing this, you'll get a good grasp of the project's goals, what it involves, and when it needs to be done.
Integrating AI into Content and Copy Workflows via Frameworks & SOPs: Experience with using AI tools to produce high-quality content and copy that converts is essential for this role. The perfect candidate will know how to leverage AI tools to speed up the content creation workflow and is able to create SOPs and workflows that can scale.
Experience and Qualifications
Required:
3+ years of copywriting experience
Content strategy and content writing experience
Project management experience
Knowledge and use of AI tools like ChatGPT
Preferred:
Marketing strategy experience
Social media strategy experience
Data analytics experience
