The position is the digital “conductor” for all digital content - helping coordinate the delivery of the right content to the right platform at the right time - all with the goal of driving audience growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and engage in hands-on development of content designed for long-term audience engagement, including but not limited to: community-oriented content, promotional content, organic email, social, external partner efforts, and online registration forms (to promote audience conversion).
Devise strategies for packaging existing content for different audiences across online platforms.
Coordinate with data team to study audience data and trends and develop all content promotion plans to align directly with audience behaviors and activity.
Work with assigning editors to surface the best content that should be shared with our audience.
Develop KPIs for digital content and coordinate with data team to develop applicable dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
Performing content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed.
