Content Writer, Editor & Quality Control Specialist

Fimi Collective is a leader in providing online content creation services, empowering visionary creators and entrepreneurs to effectively convey their messages across diverse platforms such as YouTube, podcasts, and social media.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting daily quality control checks on all client content, including social media posts, YouTube videos, and podcast episodes. Assessing elements such as audio/visual quality, adherence to brand guidelines, spelling, grammar, coherence, and completeness. Providing detailed feedback and editing suggestions.
Expediting the movement of approved client content through the production pipeline with a keen focus on speed and efficiency.
Crafting concise social media captions that align with the client's brand voice and messaging. Adapting writing styles to match various client needs while adhering to approved templates and content guidelines.
Reviewing and composing descriptions for longer-form YouTube and podcast content.
Writing captions and conducting quality control checks for multiple pieces of content daily, ranging from 16 to 25 pieces. Each caption & QC check should be completed within 10-15 minutes, emphasizing efficiency.
Collaborating closely with the creative team to enhance processes and update quality control documentation.
Utilizing Asana project management software to push approved client content through the production pipeline, ensuring timely delivery.
Engaging with the creative team via Slack and Zoom meetings to optimize processes.

We seek candidates with:

A sharp eye for detail and the ability to thoroughly evaluate content quality.
Extensive knowledge of content best practices for social media, YouTube, podcasts, and digital media.
Over 4 years of experience in writing and reviewing content, with a strong emphasis on writing skills.

Proficiency in Asana, Slack communications, and attendance at Zoom meetings is a must.

This fast-paced, high-volume role demands efficiency, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to uphold rigorous quality standards.
