xDesign is a UK based Digital Development Partner working with some of the UK's most recognisable brands like MoneySavingExpert, FanDuel and Tesco Bank. Our reputation as a partner determined to deliver high-quality and robust web and mobile products has enabled us to rapidly scale to over 450 people in the last few years. With even more ambitious growth plans, we're looking for a Content Writer to join our team and continue driving our exponential growth in the UK. This is a relatively new role and team within the business, so it's a huge opportunity for the right person to have a lot of autonomy and take ownership.

About the role and team:
xDesign is seeking a talented and experienced content writer to join our team. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive proposals that highlight our strengths and capabilities to future clients. You will work closely with our business development and technical teams to understand and articulate our offerings. You will combine this with research on our clients to understand their needs and goals, research their industry, and develop proposals that will set us apart from our competition.
What you'll be doing:
Content development: Develop persuasive, clear, and compelling content for proposals. This includes creating an executive summary, outlining the scope of work, and detailing the proposed methodology and deliverables. In addition, create and re-work existing documents to provide the business development team with client facing material.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams to ensure that proposals meet the client's needs and align with the company's goals and capabilities.
Editing and proofreading: Review and edit proposals for clarity, coherence, and accuracy. This includes proofreading for grammatical errors and ensuring consistency in style and tone.
Project management: Support the Bid Manager through the proposal process from start to finish, including coordinating with team members.
Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with industry best practices and incorporate feedback from previous proposals to continuously improve the quality of future proposals.
