Job Description

Contract, freelance role for a talented and creative writer to join our team as a Sustainable Content Writer and Editor. You will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful content for Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Reports. Your primary tasks will include collaborating with clients and internal teams, crafting summaries based on provided outlines, reviewing source documents, and drafting comprehensive reports.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and operating teams in up to 10 one-hour meetings to gather information and insights.
Work closely with the team to develop a comprehensive summary by expanding on the outline provided by the client.
Thoroughly review source documents to gain a deep understanding of the subject matter.
Utilize your exceptional writing skills to create reports ranging from 20 to 80 pages in Microsoft Word, with an average of 250-300 words per page.
Provide the first draft of the reports and incorporate feedback from both clients and the internal team.
Facilitate two rounds of revisions, taking into account comments and suggestions from clients and the internal team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in creative writing and editing, particularly in the field of sustainability, CSR, or ESG.
Excellent communication skills and ability to participate effectively in meetings and discussions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality reports.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
Make a positive impact by creating compelling and informative content that promotes sustainability, social responsibility, and environmental consciousness.
