CNG Holdings is seeking a dedicated content writer to create content for blogs, product descriptions, social media, emails (marketing and transactional), SMS and the consumer facing website along with corporate communicates. The content writer’s responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating the company’s website (corporate and consumer facing) and promoting the company blogs by pitching articles to various third-party platforms. The content writer should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content. Additional responsibilities include working closing and supporting the marketing team with project management ask from other departments.

Essential Duties

Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
Develop content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, the corporate and consumer facing websites, consumer facing emails and internal corporate messaging.
Write clear marketing content to promote our products and services.
Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.
Conduct keyword research and using search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
Work closely with digital marketing manager, creative designers, marketing, and product managers to define both the long-term and short-term strategies for our upcoming growth initiatives.
Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements that shape a product.
Use data and analytics to drive SEO growth.
Ability to learn and understand AI and how to leverage it when appropriate.

Minimum Education And Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism preferred or equivalent experience
2+ years of proven content writing or copywriting experience
Knowledge of content management systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Excellent writing, editing, verbal and written communication and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines consistently
Ability to translate user goals and behaviors into content to drive engagement
Ability to build partnerships with cross functional teams and lead stakeholders’ to achieve objectives and results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
Extremely organized, detail-oriented individual able to manage several onboarding initiatives concurrently while addressing each client’s specific needs and driving effective resolution management between conflicting priorities
Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused
