About the Role:

endota is seeking an experienced Content Writer/Producer to join our dynamic marketing team

This pivotal role will play an integral part in bringing our marketing strategy, product and treatment launches to life through the development of our brand proposition and content strategy.

This role is pivotal within our marketing team, it involves creating impactful copy for our brand, product, and service offerings across all marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating on briefs and conceptualising copy for marketing campaigns across: CRM, social, blogs, point of sale, digital assets. Leading keyword analysis for new product launches and optimising web copy for SEO. You'll also be responsible for crafting copy for training materials, spa local area marketing collateral, along with editing and approving from within our marketing team and working alongside other departments such as Corporate Partnerships, HR and Product team. This position seamlessly blends design aesthetics with copywriting, playing a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts and bolstering our brand presence. You'll need a combination of design skills, strong writing abilities, marketing acumen, and a readiness to contribute to our success, both in Australia and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Copywriting: Craft persuasive and resonant copy that reinforces the endota brand pillars and value propositions, establishing a deeper connection with the audience. Ensure these materials captivate the target audience and convey key messages effectively.
Quality Assurance: Edit and proofread all content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines, upholding a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified and consistent copy identity across all materials, reinforcing brand tone recognition and message clarity.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including design and marketing teams and various business stakeholders to conceptualise, proof, brief, design, and craft engaging brand, product, and service communications.
Content Governance: Create, edit, and oversee the approval process for content and creative assets across business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand standards and best practices.
Project Management & Coordination: Brief and manage blog writers, ensuring content aligns with brand values and objectives. Efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality materials punctual.
Content Strategy: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop & execute engaging content and design materials that captivate audiences and fulfill funnel objectives. Aligning the creation of assets and copy writing and proofing for web, digital ads, social, CRM and physical retail posters, struts and flyers.
Product Packaging Copy: Collaborate with the product team on new product launches, developing briefs and liaising with agencies for keyword analysis. Conceptualize, design copy brief for skincare and wellness product packaging, training manuals, retail point-of-sale materials, social media content, and web copy.
Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with teams to leverage data insights and emerging trends, providing recommendations for creative content development and execution that align with endota's mission and objectives.

In this role, your responsibilities extend beyond content creation to ensuring alignment with our brand identity, engaging our target audience, and contributing to endota's overall marketing and communication success.

What You'll Bring:

A passion for brand marketing and the written word, coupled with experience in developing engaging collateral for both digital and physical assets.
A keen interest in copywriting, with expertise in balancing SEO and keyword management to create engaging blogs and informative web copy.
Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills, including proficiency in SEO content creation techniques.

Skills and experience:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital, or similar field.
Min of 5 years similar experience preferably in wellness, beauty, health, cosmetic or retail sectors
