Content Writer

This is a 100% remote telecommuting position. We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our team. As a Content Writer, you will create and manage engaging content for our digital marketing efforts. Our clients are primarily in the legal and healthcare field. This role requires a strong understanding of content management, digital marketing strategies, and social media marketing.

Pay:

In addition to circumstantial hourly rates, contractors will be paid for content submitted. Ranging from 650 word pieces to 1300-word pieces.

Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality content quickly and efficiently on deadline
Attend client meetings and review call notes
Interview clients for specific content pieces
Attend additional training sessions as requested
Collaborate with the core project management team as needed in order to develop and maintain an effective marketing strategy for each client
Stay updated on SEO guidelines, and incorporate them into content on an ongoing basis
Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to develop unique and informative content
Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML5 to format and style web pages

Comfortable conducting interviews and attending Zoom calls
Familiar with general SEO principles

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies
- Understanding of CSS and HTML5 is a plus
- Ability to conduct thorough research on various topics
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in marketing or related field
- Ability to write white papers or long-form articles
