Role Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Content Writer to join our team on a contract basis. This position is remote (Australia Only), and the selected candidate will be tasked with creating captivating content for our website, publication, and social media platforms. As the Content Writer, your responsibilities will include conducting research on topics related to Australian Architecture & Design, crafting compelling content, proofreading, and optimising it for SEO.
To effectively enhance brand awareness and drive engagement, you will develop and execute content strategies that resonate with our target audience. This entails understanding the preferences of our audience, analysing market trends, and identifying innovative opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities
Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and developments in architecture and design through research, industry publications, and attending events.
Create engaging, high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters, including articles, interviews, case studies, design tips, and industry insights.
Apply SEO best practices to optimise content visibility, including conducting keyword research, incorporating relevant keywords naturally, and optimising meta tags, headings, and URLs.
Conduct interviews and research to gather insights from architects, designers, and industry experts, providing accurate and compelling content.
Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and coherence through thorough proofreading and editing, maintaining consistent style and tone.
Adhere to brand guidelines, understanding brand values and target audience to align content with the brand's identity.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives, contributing to campaign planning and content promotion.
Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools, evaluating KPIs such as website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversions to refine content strategies.
Continuously learn and improve by staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation, digital marketing, and user experience through attending industry events and educational opportunities.
