About the role:
We are looking for a strong, experienced, and passionate content creator who will report directly to the Marketing Team Lead and form a part of the Marketing team.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
Scope and write content for a variety of promotional materials specific to campaigns across all entities and partake in activities including but not limited to the creation of newsletters, flyers, social media posts, posters, brochures, print, radio, and TV advertisements, as well as promotion on event platforms such as Eventbrite, What’s On Perth, Social Media Platforms, Weekend Notes etc. linking into the Group website.
Conducting research to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the various sectors we support to inform the content being produced.
Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
Work with the marketing department to get an understanding of the short-term and long-term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly.
Optimise Search Engine Optimisation-driven content and increase the site traffic.
Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.
Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.
Identify customers’ needs in relation to the company and write content to cater those needs.
Work closely with our team in the Philippines – Augmented Solutions - to develop and deliver on tasks given.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws.
Update the website, social media, and content pages periodically.
About you:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation and campaign coordination.
A flair for generating innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and further business growth and opportunities.
Strong organisational sills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and/or tasks.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and various social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and messages.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to analysis data to determine opportunities for improvement and increased engagement.
