CSA Education is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable assessment writer to create exam preparation question for an EPA 608 certification exam prep course. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the EPA 608 certification exams and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality assessment questions for the EPA 608 certification exams, including Core, Type I, Type II, and Type III exams.
Ensure that assessment questions align with the exam content outline and objectives.
Create clear, concise, and accurate explanations and rationales for each assessment question.
Collaborate with CSA’s content team to review and refine assessment content.
Revise and update assessments based on feedback and changes in exam content.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in assessment development.
Meet project deadlines and milestones for assessment creation.
Qualifications:
EPA 608 certification
In-depth knowledge of the EPA 608 certification exams and related regulations.
Bachelor's degree in HVAC/R, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in assessment writing, preferably for certification exams.
Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or virtual team environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using assessment authoring tools and learning management systems is a plus.
