Dialpad's Conversion Copywriter role will focus on crafting conversion optimized copy across various channels. In this role, you'll work closely with designers and our demand generation team to create the best copy experiences for customers and prospects.
Your role
We're looking for a copywriter with experience writing copy for display ads, search ads, landing pages, and general web. The copywriter will work with a cross-disciplinary team to translate product truths, brand, and conversion goals into best-in-class user experiences.
What you'll do
Responsible for producing engaging, clear original text for ads and landing pages
Research keywords and partner closely with the SEO team to optimize copy
Research successful copy patterns that other B2B brands leverage and incorporate those patterns into our content
Work closely with product marketing to articulate product truths
Develop and maintain a consistent tone-of-voice across ads, landing pages, and other content channels
Interpret creative direction and technical information into persuasive copy concepts
Create copy for specific target audiences, segments, and verticals
Test and optimize headline, subhead, and CTA copy for conversion
Understand and own holistic conversion copy strategy across web, ads, landing pages
Skills you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in conversion-focused copywriting.
Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills. You can perform a root-cause analysis, listen actively, and collaboratively develop copy solutions that are most helpful and appropriate considering all angles of a challenge/problem.
