The Mosaic Creative team is growing! We're seeking a talented Short-Form Creative Copywriter who is fluent in both English and Chinese to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for storytelling, a talent for crafting captivating short-form copy, and the ability to seamlessly switch between both languages. As a Bilingual Copywriter, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand's message across various platforms, connecting with global audiences and driving engagement.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to create concise and compelling short-form copy for a variety of marketing materials, including social media posts, ad campaigns, emails, website content, and more.
Develop clear, concise, and persuasive copy that reflects our brand voice and resonates with both our English and Chinese-speaking audiences.
Adapt and translate existing English copy into Chinese, maintaining consistency and capturing the nuances of the language.
Work closely with designers and other team members to ensure that the copy and design complement each other effectively.
Research industry trends, understand target audience preferences, and consider cultural nuances to inform your copywriting approach.
Contribute creative ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and projects.
Proofread and edit copy for accuracy and grammar, ensuring the highest quality in all written materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requirements and produce impactful copy that meets objectives.
Stay updated with language trends, cultural references, and relevant news to infuse current and pertinent elements into the copy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience as a copywriter, preferably in an advertising agency or similar setting.
Exceptional command of both English and Chinese, with the capability to write creatively and fluently in both languages.
A portfolio showcasing your ability to produce engaging short-form copy in English and Chinese.
Solid understanding of branding, tone, and messaging across various platforms.
Strong research skills, with the capacity to gather insights and integrate them into your writing.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free and top-quality copy.
Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Familiarity with digital, performance marketing and copywriting trends. Tech experience is a plus.
