Position Overview:

InvenioLSI is looking for a Part-Time Copywriter and Content Creator to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for writing and a keen eye for detail. As a copywriter and content creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling, error-free, and engaging written content for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, social media posts, eBooks and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our marketing goals and target audience.
• Conduct research to stay up to date with industry trends and our target market, ensuring content remains relevant and informative.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.
• Work closely with designers and other team members to create visually appealing and well-structured content.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of an editorial calendar to plan content publication schedules.
• Continuously improve content based on performance metrics and feedback, optimizing for SEO and audience engagement.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and generate creative ideas for content campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a copywriter or content creator, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing styles and content types.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen understanding of grammar, style, and tone.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible content.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., HubSpot is a plus.)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
