About The Role
We're looking for a skilled copywriter who has specialized knowledge in tech, with an emphasis on cybersecurity. In this position, your responsibilities will span crafting diverse content, including thought leadership articles, blogs, research reports, ebooks, and white papers, as well as SEO and website content. Your tasks will also involve conducting interviews with subject matter experts, contributing to content strategy, innovating the presentation of written material, and discovering compelling narratives to share.
This is a remote role, so you can be based in either the central or eastern time zone of the United States. We’ve been all-remote from day one, even before the pandemic, working asynchronously and flexibly from any location.

In this role you will be:
Crafting SEO-optimized content by developing persuasive copy that incorporates specific keywords. This involves striking a balance between compelling calls-to-action and web-optimized terms across various platforms such as web pages, blogs, and assets.
Spearheading thought leadership initiatives by creating engaging content, including ebooks, white papers, blog posts, articles, research reports, and guides. This entails thorough research on technical topics, current events, and trends to produce detailed and authoritative content. Additionally, conducting interviews with subject matter experts contributes to the development of insightful thought leadership content.
Conducting in-depth research on technical subjects to produce comprehensive and authoritative content showcases clarity and depth. This involves interviewing subject matter experts to gather insights for thought leadership content.
Developing an editorial calendar that takes content ideas from ideation to creation to publication.
Experience you bring includes:

1+ years of cybersecurity, technology, or related copywriting experience.
Ability to write short-form and long-form content.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Developed team working skills to collaborate with various departments and work in alignment with them.
Work well with subject matter experts (SMEs), able to ask good questions to get to the heart of a story and take feedback from reviewers positively.
