Responsibilities

Serve as lead copywriter and copyeditor across a fast-moving and dynamic multinational team in partnership with employee comms leads for our various coverage areas.
Create engaging and impactful communications materials, such as Slack communications, internal newsletters, executive messages, blogs, videos, and presentations, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
Develop and execute communications and marketing strategies and initiatives, aligned with business objectives, for external audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capture compelling stories and initiatives from various departments and teams across EMEA.
Proactively identify opportunities for improving internal communication channels and tools, implementing innovative solutions to enhance employee communications and engagement.
Measure and evaluate the impact of employee communications initiatives, utilising data-driven insights to inform future strategies and tactics.
Work in close partnership with our project management, technical and creative teams to ensure timely, connected, and accurate delivery of our communications.
Faithfully deploy the Oxford comma, even if you're not personally in favour of its use.
Be an all-rounder with an ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships inside and outside the organisation across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
