Copywriter- Freelance

As a freelance writer for Common Sail Investment Group, you won’t just be writing blogs. You’ll be communicating with seniors and families throughout the country, providing information to help them better navigate this new phase of life. You won’t just be copy editing. You’ll be creating content that is easily understood across audiences and disciplines, including senior living, home health care, pharmacy, multi-family housing construction and more. You’ll have the opportunity to craft deliverables for anything from community spotlights to 100th birthday parties, organization-wide events, and senior wet t-shirt contests — where residents see how far they can toss a wet t-shirt, of course. Because, at Common Sail Investment Group, making the most of every day, every minute, is at the heart of what we do.
Required Experience & Skills:
1-2 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or equivalent.
Proficient in AP writing style.
Well-versed in Copy Editing.
Ability to work collaboratively with the Creative Lead and full-time copywriter.
Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones.
