The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Native English copywriter with a good grasp of Italian to proactively produce and/or adapt materials for various channels, media and markets, with topical knowledge of financial concepts and an understanding of real estate jargon.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects, reporting to the Chief Communication Officer.
Plan, write, edit, test and improve content, including the company's Annual Report, social media content, landing pages, websites, blog, articles, presentations, press releases, etc.
Collaborate with international teams to develop and adapt materials for various markets and target groups (e.g. Italy, India, UK, Brazil).
Edit, proofread and approve all communications produced by our B2B internal clients before publishing.
Help apply and maintain consistency with content standards across our various markets and channels.
Champion the brand and develop its tone of voice.
Deliver high-quality content in various lengths on brief and on time while working independently.
Experience:
Proven track record of delivering under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Experience working both collaboratively and independently across a variety of briefs.
Knowledge of corporate finance and investor relations.
Mastery of social media, PR and marketing communications.
Skills/competencies:
Strategic thinker with strong copywriting skills, experience developing content and project managing the creative process.
Competent financial writing skills, coupled with an understanding of the real estate market.
Project management skills.
Authority to hold internal stakeholders and external agencies accountable to deadlines.
Excellent eye for detail.
Impeccable copywriting, grammar and punctuation skills in English and knowledge of Italian.
Ability to multi-task and take the lead on several projects simultaneously.
Ability to keep things simple and to the point.
Translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials is essential.
Ability to translate and adapt Italian documents into English (e.g. Investor newsletter, commercial documents, pitches and presentations).
Collaborative approach and ability to foster good working relationships.
Multicultural sensitivity and ability to work across various levels and international branches of a global organisation.
