The Role
Our client is on the lookout for a copywriter to join their growing family and join forces with one of their incredible Art Directors. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate copywriter driven by the desire to make the world a better place. In recent years, our client's creative landscape has evolved into a diverse, media-agnostic terrain. This transformation empowers them to produce work that transcends the confines of traditional paid media, finding its home in various realms like PR, social media, digital innovation, and partnerships.
Being part of a junior team, you won't find yourselves constantly implementing the ideas of senior teams or Creative Directors. You'll have the opportunity to tackle your own briefs, leading them creatively while receiving guidance and mentorship from their highly experienced senior creative team.
Role and Responsibilities
Working with the senior creative teams, creative directors, creative services, account teams, PR and social teams, strategists and planners to ensure the best quality creative briefs.
Develop creative concepts and art direction based on your briefs.
Presenting and rationalising creative solutions internally and to clients.
Working in collaboration with other agency teams to develop those solutions.
Overseeing and guiding designers, illustrators, photographers, editors and other creative disciplines to bring your creative solutions to life.
Inspiring the development of quality creative across the agency.
Reflecting and perfecting the personality of the agency as a role model.
What are we looking for?
This individual should boast a minimum of a couple of years of experience in an agency setting.
You should possess a fervent love for the potency of words in crafting concise, impactful, benefit-driven copy.
A deep understanding of human behaviours and insight is a must.
Whether it's nailing a succinct headline, crafting body copy, or producing concise social media content, you should be equally adept at directing radio and film projects.
Creativity to inspire and direct brilliant work from creatives. Unexpected strategic thinking that provokes imaginative and effective creative solutions to business problems.
An independent thinker that thrives when working together with clients and colleagues. A sounding board and trusted voice for both.
