Maxwell Rogers is seeking a Copywriter who can blend strategic insight with creative impact to craft compelling business narratives. This role involves providing consultancy and business storytelling across our client portfolio, collaborating to deliver various content types, from presentations to web copy. The ideal candidate will apply critical thinking and creative talent to distil complex information into engaging narratives, maintain service quality, build trust-based relationships, and manage client expectations and deliverables, ensuring high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Key responsibilities:

Craft compelling narratives and positioning statements for diverse clients
Conduct market research to understand target audiences and provide strategic recommendations
Proofread content for accuracy and consistency
Advocate for the agency externally by contributing to thought leadership and marketing materials

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
2 to 4 years experience in a Design, Communications, Marketing, or PR agency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
Collaborative attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
