Parade is looking for a copywriter to support the Brand and Revenue team in the development of omnichannel editorial content and product copy. The copywriter will play a leading role in constructing a cohesive content strategy with a focus on consumer journey, driving key strategic initiatives and reacting and responding to current sentiment. This role will then build on brand narratives through stories that are highly relevant and designed to create real desire. You’ll also collaborate on advertising campaigns across all channels, engaging consumers in an authentic style in both traditional & emerging media (FB, Youtube, TikTok etc.). Working with internal and external collaborators, you will also collaboratively plan, oversee and execute the strategy and mapping the content touchpoint from start to end. Supported by brand, growth and product and communications resources and you will be responsible for aligning the content narratives with long-term plans.
What You’ll Do:
Translate the overall marketing strategy and creative vision of the brand to digital channels in partnership with the marketing and product team
Build upon and establish brand voice, including creating and maintaining Tone of Voice Guidelines
Develop digital advertising that meets brand identity guidelines, reflects fashion trends, and is grounded in an ongoing awareness of competition
Liaise effectively between Design, Product, Growth and Marketing, balancing the brand's creative voice and aesthetic with business needs
Effectively interpret & adapts information for each initiative and writes clear, concise and compelling copy to embody the voice of the brand
Cultivate copy and content marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers and building brand awareness
Contribute ideas, manage, and write omnichannel copy on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. (Site and email copy, signage, ad creative, social media captions and copy, and more)
Drive brand’s editorial calendar and aligning the execution with cross-functional team- manage all copy and content deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and execution
Lead copywriting for omnichannel content, email, and digital advertising
Apply SEO, content development, distribution and measurement to effectively tailor content to reach audience personas
Generate, shape, and execute ideas that bring the Parade brand to life
Manage and write product copy for product launch collection deliveries, including style and color naming
Fact-check and proofread all Parade materials
What You’ll Bring:
4-6 years of copywriting, SEO and editorial experience
Experience in retail and/or fashion editorial required
Ability to integrate content strategy and time-specific brand campaigns to drive campaign goals
Experience creating integrated advertising campaigns for global brands
Understanding of global communication variations
Excellent writer and seasoned copy editor
Self-motivated and team-oriented
Ability to troubleshoot and be solution-oriented
Proven track record of working and influencing cross-functional teams
Ability to manage through ambiguity to actionable recommendations/solutions
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
