Summary:
Creates and edits content for Memorial Health System s Human Resources team, ensuring communication is translated into compelling and effective content.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with HR leaders; identifies stories and potential story leads for communications for cultivation and engagement.
Drafts, creates, implements, writes, and unifies Memorial s voice in all internal channels, major issues and announcements.
Researches and identifies emerging trends and hot topics; writes, edits, and produces stories for publications that are eye-catching, inspirational, educational, culturally relevant, and accurate.
Partners with the communications team, HR Leadership, and staff members to determine ways to position content created for Memorial s internal and external channels.
Proofreads and edits content to be consistent with both the AP Style Guide and Memorial s style guide.
In collaboration with a cross-departmental team and stakeholders, responsible for developing relevant and engaging content across many platforms, contributing to the institutional voice for the organization's online and offline presence.
