VEIC is looking for a Copywriter to join our team and help us make an impact on the world. That sounds ambitious. We hope you think so, too. The Copywriter position produces original short and long-form marketing, brand, and product materials, including but not limited to advertising, content, email campaigns, social media, case studies, customer stories, sales and marketing collateral. This position will play an important role as the voice of the VEIC brand both internally and externally, while also partnering on copy needs for VEIC's subsidiary brands.

Responsibilities
Ensures that the brand integrity is upheld on projects large and small and collaborates with members of the Creative + Digital team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to create copy that engages clients, partners, customers, and employees in support VEIC's marketing goals and the organization's mission.
Delivers both conceptual and creative copy, with the ability to translate technical information into a consumer-friendly tone of voice.
Collaborates with Marketing Managers and internal stakeholders to understand and translate business goals into original creative ideas, concepts, and experiences that are innovative, measurable, and buzz-worthy, while ensuring that products and services are accurately and uniquely represented through the work.
Assists in multi-platform campaign design and execution.
Stays abreast of current marketing and content strategy standards and techniques and incorporates them into copywriting assignments as appropriate.
Proactively engages in the strategic development of marketing content related to current projects.
Manages creative components of marketing projects as needed.
Monitors the performance of content developed for continuous optimization against set objectives and KPIs.
Other projects or tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Strong personal commitment to the mission, vision, goals, and values of VEIC.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in copywriting for marketing, advertising and/or related fields or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
Superior written and verbal communication skills with a strong book of both B2B and B2C copy
Ability to transform complex technical information into clear and accessible writing.
Able to think (and write) materials that are optimized across channels from digital to print to TVC.
Ability to balance the goals of internal stakeholders with the needs of external customers.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Proven to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to successfully manage multiple tasks and competing priorities within strict deadlines and budgets.
The ability to simultaneously meet immediate needs and deadlines while working toward long-term goals.
Ability to build and maintain strong, cross-functional relationships throughout the organization
Ability to adapt to new projects rapidly and work effectively on multiple projects.
