Creative Copywriter

You’re a copywriter, not a content writer. Your headlines make people stop and think. Your copy makes them want to find out more, try something new, do something they’ve never done before. You enjoy working as part of a team but have the confidence to work on your own under limited supervision. Your portfolio showcases work across multiple channels and the ability to write within TOV guidelines. Most importantly, you're not just a thinker - you're a doer. Happy to write copy, and lots of it when the need arises, as well as come up with brilliant ideas.

This is an opportunity not just to do something different, but to make a difference. You will be the lead writer for one of the UK’s most respected charities. Your words will help bring comfort to people living with cancer, give strength to the loved ones who care for them, and raise funds to ensure they get the support they need. It’s a challenging job, but a very rewarding one.

Requirements

Must have minimum 3 years experience at an agency with portfolio examples to showcase what you've done
You’re confident working across all channels from press, print and film to digital and social media
You work well autonomously and as part of a team; we’re looking for someone who can pick up a brief and run with it independently
You’re a good communicator, used to playing back your ideas verbally and written up in a presentation deck
You have experience in writing hard-hitting copy with on-brand tone of voice
