Creative Copywriter

Principal Responsibilities & Duties

ViX Paula Hermanny is excited to offer a new opportunity for a Creative Copywriter. This role will be critical to ViX Paula Hermanny’s marketing strategy and will be integral in the creation of all marketing assets.

Responsibilities:

● Write clear, attractive copy that embodies ViX’s brand voice.

● Develop brand messages for all digital marketing channels, including e-commerce, social media, performance, and digital media.

● Collaborate with brand marketing, e-commerce, and graphic design teams to develop relevant product stories and content.

● Write engaging copy for subject lines, emails, homepages, and landing pages.

● Generate compelling copy for printed marketing collateral, brand events, and in-store materials.

● Craft the tone for social media copy in both organic and paid campaigns with strategic recommendations.

● Create compelling product descriptions for all products sold on vixpaulahermanny.com.

● Edit and proofread copy as needed.

● Conduct regular market research to draw inspiration and learnings for telling brand stories.

● Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach.

● Assist in blog content strategy and execution, including feature articles and designer interviews.

● Support marketing team with projects related to influencer programs, seeding, and gifting.

● Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

● Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and industry developments to ensure brand relevance.

Requirements:

● 2-5 years of relevant copywriting or editorial writing experience, with a preference for fashion experience.

● Bachelor’s degree required.

● Excellent communication and a broad range of writing skills, from creative to technical.

● Strong proofreading abilities with an acute attention to detail.

● Proactive self-starter and multitasker.

● Highly organized, yet flexible to meet business needs.

● Ability to self-prioritize and meet deadlines.

● A team player and business partner to all cross-functional teams.

● Solutions-oriented with a positive attitude.
