Social Media Specialist

Crum & Forster Pet Insurance Group is seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will interact with social media communities and networks to engage with consumers, promote our products, and provide customer care. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the company’s social media accounts, including monitoring, posting, and responding on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other outlets.
