Be agile in your approach to researching industry related topics and engaging with stakeholders across Security & Capability, working with others to deliver well structured drafts committee papers.
Achieve great results by collecting, analysing and converting complex and comprehensive information into written reports.
Take ownership of the committee processes, tracking committee dates, regularity, topics discussed, attendees, paper submission deadlines, proofreading and drafting
You will be responsible for
Liaise with Cyber Security or Technology Risk teams to understand their subject matter, their knowledge of cyber security risks, and extract information from them and their team regarding their work and relevant projects.
Comprehensive investigation and prompting questions to ascertain what cyber security projects have been carried out, and how the cyber risk to the business has been, or is in the process of being, mitigated.
Taking the information provided by Technology stakeholders and translating this into a simple, technical report for submission to the relevant committee. Proofreading and providing input and feedback on papers drafted by Technology stakeholders
Becoming the expert on our committees, both to be able to organise paper pre-read submissions and to support technology stakeholders in preparing appropriate drafts ahead of time for review by the committee chairman.
Submit work to committee chairman and facilitator for feedback, input and approval Ensure all-around consistency of papers (style, fonts, images and tone)
Prepare well-structured and well-formatted draft papers for each committee
Attend committees, capturing the minutes of discussion and communicate with invited stakeholders to attend the committee during their appropriate agenda time. Use Microsoft Word and Powerpoint to utilise information and write reports for submission to committees.
