The Corporate Marketing & Social Media Specialist will manage Delta Community Credit Union’s social media channels and campaigns. They are responsible for all areas of the social media strategy and planning. They will be responsible for the creation, development, maintenance and branding of new online social media communities on behalf of Delta Community Credit Union. Corporate Marketing & Social Media Specialist will partner with internal teams to coordinate and promote company events and promotions using social media. They will manage brand reputation by monitoring, escalating and responding to business reviews. They must be adept at addressing tight deadlines and multiple priorities. The Corporate Marketing & Social Media Specialist will have contact with both internal and external clients, including senior and executive level management which requires strong interpersonal communication skills. The success of this position will be measured by placing a steady stream of positive brand and social media coverage on targeted websites, increasing the overall awareness of the Credit Union in our target markets, ultimately feeding and amplifying the marketing and communications efforts.
