Key Accountabilities

Writes social first copy for our client’s always on social content
Focus on knowledge of film and sports
Expresses ideas; on brand; on message and targeted to audience
Presents ideas to both the wider internal team and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parity
Comprehends and understands brand continuity, brand guidelines and brand positioning
Creatively supports the use of technology and its applications to solve business problems
Drives, defines and feeds back on: quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration
Identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors
Executes creative concepts together with Art Director at the direction of the creative director
A natural instinct and unbridled love for writing, and the ability to build powerful stories through words.

Qualifications

2-5 years agency experience
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, copywriting, journalism or related field
Ability to translate outstanding thoughts and ideas into compelling words
Knowledge of film and television - film history, directors and current events
Be creative and imaginative
Work well with art director partner
Technical knowledge of digital and social media platforms, metrics and tracking
