About the role
You will work with teams across our organisation to help develop engaging, accessible and user-centred content for our digital platforms. You will be a key driver in ensuring our digital platforms deliver a first-class customer experience. You will be reviewing and translating professional knowledge and legislation into customer-friendly web content. There will be elements of supporting and running projects, as we continuously strive to improve our digital customer journeys.

About you
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience in writing strong and creative promotional copy for digital channels with the use of Plain English.
Hands-on experience in the day-to-day maintenance and development of websites with a sound knowledge of web accessibility and experience in using a content management system.
An understanding of UX design and how to provide excellent digital customer journeys.
An awareness of best practice and current legislative requirements regarding internet technology (for example, accessibility) and government standards
Experience in running creative campaigns from initiation through to evaluation on social media.
Hands-on experience in using editing software to edit social media content (images and video).
Hands-on experience with social media channels, using social media management tools and working on a content calendar for social media.
Experience capturing and curating content for a variety of platforms and purposes.
Experience managing digital projects or initiatives.
