Athena is looking for a Producer to join our Agency.
The Digital Content Producer is first and foremost a brand storyteller but also an excellent project manager and strategic creative partner. While a significant focus will be on video production, we see the role more broadly supporting design, photography, and more in a highly collaborative environment.
Our Ideal Candidate Has The Following
Collaborate, ideate, and execute innovative ideas from pre to postproduction
Create rich and engaging content in a variety of formats for use throughout our digital platforms with a nimble team of creatives in a fast-paced setting
Manage interdisciplinary teams and external agencies to execute concepts from end to end.
Attend shoots - both photo & video
Create detailed project plans and adhere to budgets
Develop and produce high-quality, informative, and interesting multimedia content for various channels, with a significant focus on video production.
Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications team to identify compelling stories and narratives that promote the company's brand, mission, and values.
Leverage a diverse range of media including graphics, photography, video, and social media to create a multi-faceted approach to storytelling.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring that all content is delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between content and company objectives.
Oversee creative direction of all digital content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and overall company vision.
Keep abreast of the latest digital content trends, technologies, and industry developments to continuously innovate and improve our content strategy.
Requirements
And should have the following experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years relevant production experience
Proven track record of producing innovative ideas with nimble creative teams
Strong portfolio of digital storytelling experience (primarily content this is under 3 minutes with a strong social hook) with a demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into compelling stories with an authentic brand voice
Demonstrated ability in both field and studio production environments
Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to handle a high-volume workload.
