We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Content Writer & Strategist to join our team. As a Digital Content Writer & Strategist, you will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and SEO teams to create compelling and user-friendly content that drives action and conversion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in web/digital writing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to engaging marketing partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and SEO teams to develop user-friendly and conversion-focused content for websites, landing pages, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough research on healthcare and/or retail topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Work closely with marketing partners and stakeholders to understand business objectives, target audience, and marketing strategies.
- Proactively engage with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web/digital writing and content marketing.
- Ensure consistency and coherence of messaging across different digital channels.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web/Digital Writer, preferably in healthcare and/or retail industries.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to adapt writing style and tone to target different audiences and platforms.
