Digital Copywriter

The Digital Content Copywriter will develop best-in-class and SEO-optimized written copy for online retail partners that drives discoverability and conversion, leading to Omnichannel sales enablement and incremental growth. This role will be responsible for copywriting and editing, day-to-day workflow management, and the successful incorporation of keyword strategies.

Written Copy Operations:
Writing copy for product content ordered content, including naming conventions, legal guidelines, keyword density, and other SEO standards
Maintaining and executing an effective content schedule
Managing content workflow in the content management system (assigning, reviewing and approving tasks)
Submitting content to Communications/Advertising Review Board (C/ARB) and adjusting content as necessary
Reviewing and editing content from our agency partners
Written Copy Optimization:
Identifying and optimizing the existing copy of underperforming product content
Completing periodic audits of online content via provided tools and manual spot-checking to ensure existing content meets guidelines, content standards and best practices

Organized, knows how to prioritize and comfortable managing self-determined deadlines to get things done in a timely manner
At least 2 years of copywriting experience, or equivalent business writing experience
Demonstrated SEO or Content Marketing experience (at least 2 years)
Interested in editing and writing content for the eCommerce marketing landscape and learning the ins and outs of the Client industry
Meticulous editing skills
At least 1-year experience working in content creation
Undergraduate/Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Math, Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)
