Job Description
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Writer to join Press Ganey’s marketing team. You'll have the opportunity to dive in and have a direct impact company-wide. High-quality, full-funnel content is core to Press Ganey’s lead-generation strategy, and the Digital Marketing Writer is responsible for owning many of those pieces.
The digital marketing team operates as a start-up, backed by the resources of a large company well-known in the healthcare space. We’re looking for a talented writer who can create original marketing content aligned with sales objectives to help drive our lead-generation strategy. As the Digital Marketing Writer, you will work with internal stakeholders to turn ideas and insights into market-leading content and thought leadership. You’ll be involved in the end-to-end production of long- and short-form content, including e-books, blog posts, case studies, and infographics—as well as content for distribution channels, like emails, ads, and landing pages. You'll also work alongside our brilliant creative team to ensure the written content is as visually appealing as it is intellectually stimulating.
Duties and responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts and the Director of Content and Copy to develop and optimize clear and engaging material
Play an integral role in the creative content planning process, from ideation through editorial planning, research, and writing
Manage editing of multiple assets in various stages of development to ensure cutting-edge content and maintain high levels of audience engagement
Provide end-to-end project management for digital marketing asset creation, from inception through editorial review and production documentation and management
Support team members with research and resources
Proofread/copy edit written content
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors preferred
Skills:
Content production
Copywriting
Copyediting
Healthcare experience would be nice, but not necessary
Other stuff:
1–5 years’ writing and editing experience
Ability to adhere to, and enhance, brand and content creation guidelines
An eye for the content that “works” (and what doesn’t)
Excellent attention to detail
Willingness to test, measure, and iterate
Project management skills
Superior interpersonal communication skills—i.e., be a good colleague
Proactive and flexible team player, with a knack for documenting and improving processes
Experience writing long- and short-form copy
Experience:
1–5 years, including any college experience, preferred

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $54,000 to $86,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
