Digital Producer

Picket Fence Media, an award-winning hyper-local community media group based in coastal South Orange County, seeks a Digital Producer to help grow the company’s digital and social audiences. The Digital Producer will work under the direction of the Managing Editor and alongside the team of reporters to help gather content for general and breaking news stories, and curate content and advertisements for our websites and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be engaged on social media, knowing how to utilize all platforms to gather information and to push out news stories to inform readers. We need someone who is creative, can write effectively and efficiently, pithy, very organized and a team player.
