The GPO Account Executive is responsible for managing end to end the operational relationship with Discover’s clients by providing excellent client management & technical support to a portfolio of accounts. The role holder is accountable for providing operational support primarily to Acquirers, Processors and PSPs. This would entail becoming a trusted partner of our business clients by providing premier customer service and operational consultancy along with key responsibilities in resolving complex and escalated customer issues. The ideal candidate has a technical mindset, customer centric view and a track record of client management experience.
