The Growth Marketing team works closely with Card Acquisition leadership team, and plays a critical role in analyzing business performance, developing data-driven business cases, and optimizing our multi-year growth strategy. Our focus is on acquiring new Cardmembers, delivering award-winning customer experiences, and driving continuous innovation. This role supports Card Acquisition priorities and is responsible for delivering business cases that grow new card acquisition. In this role, you will be accountable for establishing and managing a range of marketing strategies (acquisition and life-cycle management). You will develop the business and support identifying direction and activities to achieve the Card Growth goals. Key responsibilities include maintaining internal systems and processes to support building of end-to-end journey maps, assisting in building business cases and briefs to support new initiatives, and managing marketing claims. This role also works closely with Growth Marketing leadership to align on goals, priorities, and continuous improvement opportunities across Acquisition Value Stream.
