Responsible for editing and proofing a high volume of direct mail creative for accuracy, managing legal reviews with the legal team, and building and maintaining a legal claim copy repository. Directly communicates copy updates to external agency partners and collaborates with multiple internal business partners. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
Edit and proof marketing content to maintain quality standards and adhere to guidelines
Create, manage, and continually update a legal copy library
Own and manage Legal department creative reviews and markups
Collaborate with multiple internal business partners who manage product and claim development
Directly communicate copy updates and changes to external agency partners
