Editorial Operations Specialist

As an Editorial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting over 3000 independent contractors and staff with an emphasis on providing technical support to publishing platform users. You will help users resolve technical issues or other matters that may impede their ability to update, edit, or create content. You will use your strong communication skills to translate technical terms for everyday use and to help manage the flow of information between staff and contractors. This role is remote or in NYC, working ~8 shifts into the evenings (such as 1-9 pm ET or noon - 8 pm ET) and potentially some weekend hours.
