Communications Manager

We are looking for a communications professional who is passionate about engaging our Workplace Advisor Partners and delivering communications programs designed to increase utilization of advisory services and support participant financial wellness. Reporting to the Manager, Communication Programs, the Communications Manager leads all aspects of the development, implementation, and management of effective, integrated participant communications strategies for Edelman Financial Engines’ Advisor Partner advisory services clients. This provider-facing role combines financial services foresight with product knowledge to deliver communications programs that educate and empower plan participants to achieve a better financial future. In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. For this Communications Manager role, we need someone with proven communications and project management skills to help advance the engagement and utilization of our core services.
