The Role

We are looking for an experienced, talented and passionate Editor to manage our multi-platform title, EV Powered. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Electric Vehicles industry and be skilled at creating and managing content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Writing, editing, and proofreading content with meticulous attention to detail and factual accuracy.
Generating ideas and articles and features for both online and print.
Aiding in the execution of content delivery and management, ensuring all editing projects and content are managed efficiently and effectively for cross-team workflow efficiencies.
Delivering highly engaging and channel-optimised social media video to excite and attract a new audience to both our existing and emerging channels.
Pitching feature ideas.
Conducting interviews for editorial features both online and in print.
Collaborating with subject matter experts and contributors to ensure informative and engaging narratives.
Staying informed about industry trends and developments and integrating them into content creation.

Requirements

Passion for Electric Vehicles and a deep understanding of the industry.
Experience in creating and managing multi-platform content.
Ability to tailor content to suit the unique requirements of different social media platforms.
A strong commitment to providing informed opinions, reviews, interviews and updates on EV-related content.

Salary £40,000 + target related bonus, standard holiday entitlement, company car: Mercedes EQA, Vitality medical insurance and pension.
