Editor in Chief

CryptoCulture is seeking a seasoned journalist ready to take the helm of an online news start-up based in Texas that generates content and distributes information about the new era of money and its impact on our society. Specifically, we’re a business-news lifestyle publication interested in telling human stories behind the rise of crypto currency. Think NPR’s "How I Built This" meets New York Times Magazine profiles. We’re looking for a detail-minded self-starter to take the chief leadership position on the editorial side of our publication, who can help us get started by publishing articles, while recruiting and building a team of freelancers. This editor would be given the editorial freedom to choose what stories to pursue, and how to cover them. A passion for storytelling is required; expertise in crypto currency is not. The leader for this position should be adept at helping produce high-impact enterprise journalism while growing a swath of readers from the ground up.
