Criticaleye is seeking to expand its content team by recruiting an enthusiastic and organised Editor. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact as the Editor will play a vital role in creating content for Criticaleye’s global Community of C-suite executive and non-executive Members.

Reporting to the Senior Editor for Growth Business—the successful candidate will possess an excellent eye for detail and a vibrant writing style, as well as a passion for business which includes a good understanding around key issues, ranging from corporate finance through to disruptive technology, improving leadership capability and Board dynamics.

They will be collaborative, commercially minded and highly organised, demonstrating good communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. They will contribute to creating a forward Programme of written content and events (virtual and physical) and be comfortable in chairing webinars, roundtables and panel discussions.

Criticaleye is a fast-growing global Membership organisation for senior executives, providing a safe space for Members to broaden their knowledge and skill-set by engaging with peers and benchmarking ideas outside of their own personal and professional networks.

The Candidate will possess:

· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in editorial positions

· Experience conducting high-level interviews

· Sizzling copy writing skills which includes features

· Proven ability to work to tight deadlines

· Background in business / corporate finance

· Excellent subbing and proofing skills

· Commercial awareness

· Strong multitasking skills

· The desire to make a real contribution to a fast-growing company

· Relevant bachelor's degree (English, Journalism etc)

Job outline and tasks include:

· Supporting the delivery of a Programme of content and events

· Recruiting and prepping speakers for events

· Teamwork (across the business)

· Flexibility and good organisational skills

· Building relationships with the C-suite

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficient on Content Management Systems

· Ability to Chair events (in-person and online)
