We believe in the power of transformative content and are a group of uncommonly talented people who do content marketing differently. We combine journalistic rigor with creative intelligence, then amplify with technology to sharpen the conversation, decode complexity, transfer knowledge, and build trust.

We hire passionate innovators to join us on our mission to create best-in-class brand storytelling. We strategise and create for the world’s best and biggest brands. Because they have such an impact on society, we have a big impact, too.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a self-starting Editor with a strategy-first mindset, who loves to research, ideate, write, and edit. Editors take ownership of content, from concept to execution, and deliver high-quality stories that push our client’s ambitions forward.

Editors use their experience and understanding of the client business to boil down complex concepts, uncover insights and communicate them in a simple yet impactful way. Grammarians and stylists by nature, editors craft compelling copy in the client’s brand voice and tone.

Editors have proficiency in multi-channel content production. They actively embrace new trends, and harness new formats and distribution methods that amplify viewers and keep the conversations going. No matter how big or small the project, our Editors find new, creative ways to tell stories. You need to have the right to work in the UK and be based in London.

Who you are:

Creative and strategic thinker. You’re excited about bringing original and untold stories to life and make sure they ladder up to the client’s message and goals.
Versatile and intellectually curious. You enjoy getting involved in multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and bring your best ideas to each.
Data-minded. You’re always tying data & insights back to strategy and you view technology as a tool that can drive creativity.

What you’ll do:

Actively participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions — and sometimes run them.
Create best-in-class content, from concept to execution, across a variety of formats.
Recruit and conduct interviews with SMEs.
Edit copy for grammar, style, structure, POV and accuracy.
Collaborate with the creative team on visual content.
Effectively present ideas and work to client(s); respond efficiently and constructively to client feedback.
Support day-to-day content management operations; participate in status and client meetings.
Assess data and reader feedback to better understand content performance and audience engagement.
Support client services team with pursuing client expansion opportunities and new business
Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and topic areas relevant to clients, with an aim to be ahead of the curve on innovative storytelling.

What you’ll bring:

At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in journalism and/or creating editorial content with experience in the Financial and Energy sectors.
Excellent writing and editing skills; outstanding portfolio containing published pieces of varying styles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
Ability to produce a large volume of high-quality work on tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented, organized, flexible and comfortable managing multiple streams of source material and client feedback.
Exceptionally personable and positive.

About our team:

We are based in Southwark and the role will be 3 days in the office a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work from home for the rest of the week. Salary up to £45k depending on experience.
