Editor

We are seeking an editor to oversee the reporting/editing of the Bitterroot Star. The Star is a community weekly newspaper in the rapidly growing Bitterroot Valley near Missoula, Mont. This is a combined editor/reporter role with a small stable of freelance writers, cartoonist, and photographers. The editor should be able to paginate in InDesign. Mullen Newspaper Company offers flexible scheduling, a Simple IRA plan, 4-day 36-hr work week. Veteran and new journalists are encouraged to apply - we will help train the right candidate if experience is lacking.
