The Vincennes Sun-Commercial, Indiana's first newspaper, seeks its next editor to report and edit the local news of Knox County, ranging from feature stories to public affairs topics.

Job responsibilities include news reporting and writing, assigning and editing stories to reporter and editing content submitted by the public. Proficiency in news photography is required.

The editor creates a daily news budget and works closely with design team in meeting deadlines to produce the print and online editions, is the face of the news reporting staff in the community, and maintains a professional and courteous relationship with readers and news sources. Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license.
