Assembly Media is seeking an Editorial Associate/Writer to bolster content development across key corporate communication priorities. This role involves crafting compelling content for executive communications and thought leadership channels. Operating at the forefront of technology brands, our work caters to diverse audiences including B2B, internal employees, and consumers. The right candidate will be able to distill complex information into clear and engaging blog and social content aligned with executive-level tone and voice.
Responsibilities:
Craft long-form blog posts, newsletters, and social copy tailored to client channels, implementing and maintaining the fundamentals of impactful storytelling.
Support production activities, utilizing blog publishing platforms and social media content management tools.
Collaborate on campaign brainstorming and day-to-day storytelling ideation to enhance engagement and drive results.
Act promptly on client feedback.
Juggle multiple account requirements, delivering results under pressure.
Delegate effectively to junior staff, providing motivation and coaching.
Coordinate with discipline experts as needed (earned media, paid media, creative, crisis).

Basic Qualifications:
At least 4-6 years' experience in journalism, corporate communications, PR, or marketing, with a significant emphasis on digital platforms.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Technology and/or executive thought-leadership experience is highly desirable.
Exceptional short-form and long-form writing skills across various voices and tones.
Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading capabilities; familiarity with AP style a plus.
A willingness to push boundaries and produce exceptional work.
Strategic and creative thinking ability.
