That’s where you come in. We know who our perfect client is, and we need YOU to write directly to her about things that are uniquely important to her in a language that she not only understands but also speaks. When your email lands in her inbox, she should be nearly spitting out her coffee to click your CTA.

This is not cookie-cutter email marketing. We are looking for the ultimate wow factor so that women feel like we understand them and their needs at a deep level. If you are an outstanding writer with a love for nailing your client’s voice and watching the metrics reflect your hard work, keep reading.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Work with the team to identify a cohesive brand voice and communications strategy
Write engaging, conversational daily emails for our target demographic
Schedule all outbound email campaigns as directed
Monitor key email metrics and use reporting to drive strategy, track performance, and influence decision-making
Proactively review email strategy to identify areas of opportunity

Requirements

Degree or relevant experience in marketing and a thorough understanding of different marketing styles
Candidates must have at least two years of email marketing experience (preferably in the online course or entrepreneurship space).
Able to write captivating, original, emotionally engaging copy
Experience with Ontraport or another email marketing software suite is required.
Traits, attitudes, and skills the ideal candidate MUST possess: outstanding written communication skills, attention to detail, impeccable spelling and grammar, data-minded, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, passionate about helping businesses grow, big picture thinker who rolls their up sleeves to get results, creative, assertive, honest, intuitive.
